COVID-19 Update
Some MBS telehealth and telephone items that were introduced to support the response to Coronavirus (COVID-19) no longer apply. In accordance with Medicare guidelines we are offering telehealth or video conference appointments where possible. Our regular fees will apply to telehealth appointments. Please view the consumer fact sheets which are updated regularly.
FA service may only be provided by telehealth where it is safe and clinically appropriate to do so.
Some consultations cannot be conducted via telehealth. Each booking will be reviewed and our receptionists will advise you if your doctor wants to see you face to face.
Please do not attend your appointment If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 (including cough, temperature, shortness of breath) or have been diagnosed with or in recent contact (7 days) with a confirmed case of COVID-19.
We ask that you bring no more than 1 family member with you to your appointment and we also request you make payment via EFTPOS rather than cash.
